Training Administrator

This role will be part-time, 15 hours over three days (Tue, Wed, Thu) 8am-1pm.
Salary:
£16.00 per hour PAYE.
Training Administrator Role:
- Create virtual classrooms and include all relevant course material.
- Support in the hosting of virtual courses and in-person courses.
- Maintain and drive continuous improvement of the 'customer experience' through monitoring and controlling course material.
- Provide administrative support in the training inbox for queries related to course materials and any other adhoc requests.
- Updating materials in line with tutor expectations across all platforms – in Adobe Connect, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro, MS Teams and our print provider Mimeo.
- An ideal candidate will have worked in events or training environment or has good project management skills, but is not essential.
- Multi-tasking and prioritisation of tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate stakeholder relationship management (for professional working relationships with external trainers and customers).
