Reporting to: Regional Manager

Hours/working pattern: 35 Hours per week and 5 out of 7 days a week

We're currently recruiting an ambitious Apprentice Commis Chef to help us create exceptional food experiences for ESS based at WMP- Tally Ho contracted to 35 hours per week. You will be joining a team that takes pride in what they do, takes pride in their food and most important of all you will be joining a company that takes pride in its people.

As a Commis Chef, you will be working in a passionate and hard-working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our customers. You do not need to have any experience to apply for this vacancy as full training will be provided as part of the Apprenticeship

Please note, due to contractual requirements candidates must be aged 18+.

On completion of the Apprenticeship you will achieve the Commis Chef L2 and become a qualified Commis Chef.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights our clients and customers

This apprentice vacancy is based at one of our ESS sites, part of Compass Group UK&I, ESS is the Defence, Government, and Energy services sector of Compass Group UK & Ireland.
