Contract Details: Temp to Perm

Responsibilities:

Our client, a leading manufacturing company in Stevenston, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administrator to join their finance team. With excellent organisational skills and a drive to get things done, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in providing all-round finance-related administration support.

Responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with suppliers via phone and email
  • Processing invoices and updating databases
  • Booking in purchase orders and following up on lead times
  • Answering calls and enquiries
  • Maintaining accurate records of purchases and inventory using company systems and software.
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative duties as required

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years administration experience, ideally in a finance or purchasing role. The ability to multitask and handle varying duties with confidence is essential. Proficiency in MS Office is required, and knowledge of finance-related software is a plus.

This is a temporary position that could potentially lead to a permanent role. As such, our client is looking for someone who is available to take on the permanent position if offered.
