What You Will Do:
  • Act as the main point of contact for a specified group of farmers, ensuring all communication regarding movement and execution is both accurate and timely.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships by attending Business Manager meetings, regional farmer meetings, and relevant agricultural events.
  • Manage activities related to purchase contract maintenance for a group of farmers.
  • Coordinate farmer collections with the Consumer Service Co-ordinator.
  • Negotiate allowances with farmers and ensure accurate entry onto the system.
  • Contribute proactively to the Operations team, prioritising service, efficiency, and accuracy.
What You Will Bring:
  • Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • A proven track record of driving operational best practices through engagement.
  • Competency in using IT programmes with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Agility in thinking and the ability to function at a high level in a changing environment.
  • A willingness to travel to other sites as required.
