Job Purpose- Support a varied client portfolio, working closely with the Senior Management team to ensure budgets, deadlines and clients’ expectations are met
- Supervision and preparation of management accounts
- Involvement in ad-hoc work projects to further support Senior Managers and Directors
- Oversee client workflow and internal management of resources
- Supervise junior staff by reviewing work and supporting their professional development
- Build trusted relationships with clients, dealing with queries quicky and effectively
- Identify new processes and ways to increase efficiency across the wider department
- Research and interpret changes to taxation and accounting regulations

- ACCA / ACA qualified, part qualified or studying
- Qualified by experience would also be considered
- A proven track record of managing a client portfolio within practice
- Strong working knowledge of software such as Xero, QuickBooks, and Sage
- Excellent financial modelling and data interpretation skills
- Up-to-date knowledge of tax legislation
- A team player who can also work autonomously
