Your new company:Hays Recruitment is seeking a qualified Electrician to join a reputable organisation. This role is based at a high-security site near Lincoln, where you will be an integral part of the maintenance department.
Your new role:As an Electrician, you will focus on both reactive and planned maintenance projects within the establishment. Depending on the project's scope, you may work independently or as part of a team. The client will provide all necessary tools, uniform, and training on keys and radios. The role requires 39 hours of work per week, including weekend cover.
What you need to succeed:To be successful in this role, you must be qualified to level 2 or above in CITY AND GUILDS or an equivalent qualification. Proof of qualifications/certificates is essential. You should possess good communication skills, the ability to follow strict procedures, and the initiative to notify senior staff of any issues. An enhanced security clearance, which requires photo ID such as a valid passport or photo card driving licence, will be conducted by the organisation.
What you'll get in return:This permanent role offers a competitive salary of up to £33.5K plus a 15% shift allowance. The position is available to start as soon as security clearance is obtained.
