Atlantic Gate is a newly created restaurant concept that will be a key part of the refurbished voco Southampton (an IHG hotel). The Restaurant and Bar Manager will be instrumental in this exciting relaunch.

Our open kitchen and sit-up cocktail bar will create an immersive, sensory experience, making us a sought-after venue for travellers and locals alikewith its exceptional seafood dishes, curated cocktails, and stylish ambiance.

As the Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will ensure that each guest enjoys a seamless, memorable experience, from our exquisite seafood to our signature cocktails. You will play a pivotal role in bringing our vison to life, balancing the elegance of fine dining with a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere.

You will:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring a consistently high standard but unstuffy style of service
