What you'll do:

• Assisting the procurement team in analysing market trends and identifying potential suppliers.
• Conducting research and evaluations to determine the best suppliers and negotiate favourable terms.
• Managing purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as logistics and sales, to align procurement strategies with business objectives.
• Monitoring inventory levels and implementing strategies to optimise stock levels and minimise shortages.
• Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
• Keeping up to date with industry trends and market conditions to identify potential opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the procurement department.
