Job Title: Mobile Fabric Engineer - Reactive and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)****Location:** Reading and surrounding areas**Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00**Responsibilities:**- Execute reactive and planned preventative maintenance tasks at stores within the RG postcodes.- Undertake repairs, inspections, and general fabric maintenance duties.- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.- Collaborate with on-site teams to resolve issues efficiently.**Key Requirements:**- Proven experience in fabric maintenance, with a focus on reactive and PPM tasks.- Competency in using mobile tools and applications for job tracking.- Familiarity with retail environments is advantageous.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**Working Conditions:**- Provided with a van and fuel card for work-related travel.- On-call duty at a rate of 1 in 6, with standby compensation at £120 for the week with additional for call outs.- Unpaid 30 minutes of travel each way (not included in working hours).- Overtime rates: Time and a half on weekdays after 5 pm and Saturdays before 1 pm. Double time on Sundays, bank holidays, and all other times.**Benefits:**- Van and Fuel card including Personal use on the van- 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays.- Pension schemeRandstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
