You will be part of a friendly and dedicated revenue team that plays a crucial role in the firm's operations.- Manage various aspects of the working capital cycle, including revenue assistance, credit control, and bill production and dispatch.- Oversee e-bill management ensuring data integrity and accuracy.- Prepare, distribute, and ensure compliance with billing and SLAs.- Handle queries efficiently through direct or shared mailboxes, proactively escalating issues to resolution.- Maintain data integrity of key data items essential for efficient billing processes.Position Requirements:- Previous billing experience, preferably within the legal or professional services sectors.- Familiarity with Solicitors Accounts Rules and VAT for law firms billing is highly desirable.- Confident demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.- Ability to work effectively both under supervision and independently.- Strong IT skills, especially in Excel; knowledge of Aderant Expert or similar billing software is advantageous.Application Process: Interested candidates should apply by clicking on the provided link and are encouraged to call Lucy at Pertemps, Bristol, on (phone number removed) for further information
