The division delivers tech powered returns and reverse logistics solutions for some of the world’s most innovative retail and eCommerce brands, and its global footprint is scaling fast.About the RoleThis is a senior leadership position responsible for Global Key Account Management within a major international supply chain organisation. You will oversee a KAM team that includes Regional Heads, Key Account Directors and Client Development Managers. The team operates across fashion, lifestyle, electronics and printing and imaging clients.The OpportunityStep into a pivotal leadership role where you will:Build deeper, more strategic client partnerships across Europe and beyondCreate the structure, rhythm and commercial discipline needed for global scaleBring sales, product, operations and tech teams closer togetherChampion customer insight and continuous improvementSupport the shift from entrepreneurial to enterprise as the business grows internationallyWhat You BringYou are commercially sharp, strategic and confident influencing at senior levels. You have experience in B2B environments such as logistics, supply chain, e commerce or tech enabled services. You thrive on bringing order to complexity and building high performing, globally minded teams.You also bring:Proven leadership experience, including leading a Key Account Management team of around 15 FTEA strong network in European fashion and e commerce marketsMarketplace experience and US exposure (a plus)Experience scaling new products with clients (a plus)LocationLondon based, hybrid, with regular travel across Europe.If you want to make real impact as this organisation continues its international expansion, and help shape how leading brands think about supply chain performance and customer experience, this is the role.
