Senior Nurse (Nights)Downham MarketUp to £24 per hourI am looking for an experienced Senior Nurse to lead the night shifts in a superb purpose-built home which provides accommodation in a peaceful environment for those in need of residential, nursing and dementia care. The home has been designed and built to a high standard with its residents' needs in mind.The home offers extra wide corridors, six spacious and comfortable lounge/dining rooms and family-sized group living areas.In this role you will: * Assist the Home Manager in overseeing the nightly operations of the home. * Be part of a strong management team, working closely with nurses and carers to provide a consistent service delivery that meets the needs of residents * Focus on making sure the best nursing and clinical care provisions for * Actively contribute to clinical deliveryThis role could be for you if you have; * An active NMC nursing pin (RGN or RMN) * Previous experience in a Senior Nursing role * A good working knowledge of CQC standards * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Diplomacy and objectivity when dealing with patients and staff * Great clinical skills * Excellent problem-solving skills * A commitment to delivering resident-focused careIn return you will receive: * A superb induction program * 25 days holiday (plus public holidays) * Medical Insurance * Pension Package * Payment for PIN revalidationFor more information on this role, please call Elite Care on (phone number removed)
