A leading global packaging brand management company is looking to recruit an Account Manager to be the main point of contact and relationship manager with one of their key clients, a market-leading grocery retailer. The company pride themselves on being at the forefront in delivering strategically aligned Packaging Design Services that exceed client expectations. You will be hybrid working from home, with 2 -3 days per week in the client’s head office in the North-West of England (easily commutable from Greater Manchester / Cheshire region).


About the Role

You will work closely with internal stakeholders in the project management team as well with external stakeholders at the client company, delivering best practice to ensure the service delivery parameters are met and exceeded. You and your team of Project Managers will be responsible for delivering optimum levels of service for the client. You will be the point of escalation for the client and your focus will be on the delivery of strategic initiatives, whilst maintaining and developing the relationship, with a view to grow the offering through the implementation of new services.


About you

You will have a proven track record of success in the retail packaging / artwork industry, with significant project management experience. Ideally, you will have good knowledge of E-commerce, mock-ups, and print knowledge would be beneficial. This will be underpinned by demonstrable success in a client facing environment, with the ability to communicate concisely and effectively. Additionally, you will have excellent team management and leadership skills and be able to multitask and prioritise time allocation across multiple stakeholder groups.
