My client, anelegant 4-star country house house in Hampshire, require a Chef de Partie to join their kitchen brigade.
The house is set in 35 acres of beautiful rolling parkland on the Hampshire/Berkshire border with a array of options on the menu to satisfy any appetite, whether guests are looking to book for a sumptuous dinner, a special occasion or a light bite in the bar.
Many of my clients ingredients are sourced from their own organic Farm, they champion local growers and suppliers to ensure their food is sustainable, ethical and as local as possible.
The CDP role offers:-
  • Annual salary of up to £30,000 per annum
  • generous service charge
  • Company pension scheme
  • Private health care
  • enhanced maternity/paternity pay plus more
  • Temporary live-in for 3-4 months whilst you settle into the area

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as aCDP in a similar environment
  • Passion for high-quality food and ingredients
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Strong understanding of food hygiene and safety standards
  • Team player with a positive and professional attitude
  • Can-do attitude and willingness to bring ideas to the menu
