The more aligned these incentives are, the more defensible and scalable our business becomes.About the teamThe Campaign Delivery team is the operational engine behind native’s experiential activity. We execute campaigns across events, fairs, pop-ups, field marketing, and more. The team works closely with Students’ Unions, suppliers, and internal specialists spanning Logistics, Creative Production, and Staffing. We operate with precision, open communication, and a deeply collaborative culture.Role OverviewAs Campaign Delivery Coordinator, you’ll support the execution of experiential campaigns across the UK. This entry-level role is designed for someone eager to build practical, hands on experience in events, brand activations, and campaign operations. You’ll handle the practical side of campaign delivery, managing logistics, coordinating suppliers, sorting the details others overlook, and supporting on-site execution to ensure every activation lands smoothly, on time, and on brand.The role suits someone organised, dependable, and keen to learn the fundamentals of experiential marketing and events within a fast-paced environment.What you'll be doingSupport the operational delivery of experiential campaigns including events, pop-ups, fairs, and activations.Assist the team with preparation of schedules, briefs, delivery checklists, and post-event documentation.Coordinate logistics such as equipment, staffing details, asset dispatch, hotels and supplier bookings.Maintain accurate trackers and ensure key information is kept up to date.Communicate with Students’ Unions, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.Manage and liaise with Event Managers and Brand Ambassadors on the ground.Help troubleshoot issues during live campaigns and support with on-site activity when required.Gather feedback, photos, and performance notes for reporting and continuous improvement.Contribute to maintaining operational standards and refining delivery processes.What you'll needInterest in experiential marketing, events, brand activations, or campaign operations.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured manner.Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal.A calm, practical mindset when handling challenges under pressure.A willingness to learn, take direction, and get involved across all aspects of delivery.A collaborative attitude, comfortable working closely with cross-functional teams.Competence with basic planning tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project trackers); full training provided.Equal Opportunity Statementnative is committed to fostering an equitable and inclusive environment where everyone can thrive.
