Senior Associate of Hydroecology In this newly created role you will be part of a leadership team creating, shaping, developing and supporting the Nature Based Solutions team and its portfolio of solutions.

You will lead and deliver research projects of national importance in peatland rewetting, as a well as supporting habitat creation initiates associated with large scale infrastructure projects, which respond to an increasing demand for sustainable, integrated, catchment-based solutions that have been co-created, designed and provide multiple benefits to the environment and communities in which they are set.

Combining your scientific knowledge with vision and creative thinking to steer technical deliverables but also contribute to shaping the direction of growth and finding solutions to societal challenges relating to water, nature-based solutions, integrated approaches and optimisation / innovation. As part of this your role will also involve
* Technical Leadership, Delivery and Assurance.
* Development and Implementation of Strategies to Align with with Upcoming Industry Change.
* Lead the development of a portfolio of solutions that will facilitate the growth and capability footprint of JACOBS in these emerging Markets.
* Build and Shape an organisational structure with the teams, skills and people in place that reflect our position as a world class solutions provider and trusted consultancy. Applications are welcome from candidates who:

* Have a collaborative approach to lead, coach and support highly experienced and capable technical discipline and teams throughout the completed development, verification and validation of projects for Nature Based Solutions.
* Are Graduate Msc Qualified, Chartered or working towards Chartership.
