We're looking for full-time, Class 2 Days Drivers to join us at our site in Bury St Edmunds. This role is a Monday - Friday role where you will start between 07:00 & 07:30 and usually work between 10-12 hours days. There is a 10-hour daily guarantee in place, so even if you have a short run and finish early, you will still be paid for a minimum of 10 hours. We deliver various products to our clients, so every drop has the potential to be different, and you will be required to handball items off, use a pallet truck wherever required, and from time to time a client may use their FLT to unload to make your day that little bit easier. What you'll do on a typical day: Multidrop deliveries between customer sites + 1 collection On average 12-14 drops across East Anglia - drops will be all similar postcode areas. Safely operate your vehicle adhering to business standards. In the absence of a customer forklift driver, you will need to use pallet truck to unload pallets off trailer.
