They are seeking a passionate and personable Commercial Account Handler with team leading experience to join the dynamic team in Billericay. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial insurance and either a proven track record in team leadership or a keen interest in developing their management skills.My clients offers a supportive and experienced team environment with the opportunities for professional development and career progression as well as a competitive salary and benefits package.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of commercial clients, providing expert advice and tailored insurance solutions.
- Lead and mentor a team of account handlers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ensure all client insurance programmes are competitively priced and meet their specific risk requirements.
- Support team members in their professional development and performance goals.
What’s needed to be considered:
- Proven experience in commercial insurance.
- Previous team leading/management experience or a strong interest in team leadership.
- Excellent people skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- Passionate about the insurance industry and committed to providing exceptional service.
- Must be within a commutable distance to Billericay
