Senior Marketing Manager

We are delighted to be partnering with a rapidly growing full service marketing agency and one of the most established in the area as they recruit for a best in class Senior Account Manager.
This is a newly created role due to significant business growth and part of a significant recruitment drive for the business. Reporting to the Account Director, this is an opportunity to join an agency with a strong reputation, service driven and you will be responsible for strategically leading a portfolio of clients and getting the best out of your account management team.
The role will manage three to four key clients and driving the delivery of best in class marketing support across all channels. You will require an integrated marketing background and be able to combine this with a passion for people and building relationships with your clients. Having ideas, being credible and engaging will be key to the success of this role. You will need to be highly organised and well versed in spinning lots of plates and working in a fast paced environment.
This is critical hire for the organisation and a truly great time to join with big ambitions for the company and a track record to back up their expectations for this growth to continue. With a strong senior management team, there is clear evidence that this is an organisation that likes to promote from within.
To be considered for the role you will require the following skills and experience:
- Clear track record of success operating in a senior marketing manager position either client or agency side.
- House bulding ind
- Strong interpersonal skills and would enjoy building relationships with key clients.
- House Building industry experience would be highly advantageous.
- Integrated marketing background essential for this role as you will be working with clients on both online and offline activity.
- Can get to the office two to three days a week.
- Highly creative in approach.
- Well organised and well versed in spinning lots of plates and working in a fast paced working environment.
