Mechanical Engineer Technician

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing maintenance troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical principles and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Mechanical Technician you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our operations.DutiesConduct regular maintenance and inspections on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance.Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform repairs as needed to minimize downtime.Utilize diagnostic tools including an ohmmeter to assess electrical components and ensure proper functionality.Collaborate with engineering teams to implement improvements and modifications to existing systems.Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities repairs and parts used.Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times.SkillsProficiency in using an ohmmeter for testing electrical components is essential.Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to understand complex systems.Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Ability to read technical drawings and schematics effectively.Strong communication skills both verbal and written for effective collaboration with team members.Familiarity with safety standards and best practices in a mechanical environment is preferred.
