Were Ofsted registered and we follow the Early Years Foundation Stage. From swimming to mindfulness our initiatives are designed to support childrens wellbeing and education.As a third in charge at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery youll be qualified with either the NNEB an NVQ Level 3/4 BTEC BA Hons or equivalent. Ideally you also hold Paediatric First Aid and food hygiene qualifications. As youd expect youll require an enhanced DBS for this role.As a Third in Charge you will:Support the team and deputise in the absence of the Nursery Deputy Manager/Manager.Ensure that we provide the highest standards of care and educationPromote the health growth and development of every child in our nurseryFollow the Early Years Foundation StageOversee planning activities and assessments while implementing childcare legislation updatesHelp identify new opportunities to grow sales and achieve revenue targetsHelping you feel good.We want you to love coming to work feeling healthy happy and valued.
