  1. Raise multiple types of customer & intercompany invoices.
  2. Enter receipts, bank cheques, operate credit control.
  3. Daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
  4. Cash flow monitoring and forecasts.
  5. Check, code, obtain authorisation, enter & pay supplier invoices.
  6. Monthly Audits / Direct Debit submission.
  7. Reconcile company credit cards & mobile bill monthly.
  8. Check and pay staff expenses.
  9. VAT returns.
  10.  Work with the external payroll provider to set up and process monthly porter payroll and overtime payments.
  11.  Paper and digital filing.
  12.  Calculate and enter prepayment and accrual journals monthly.
  13.  Assist with monthly close and management reports.
  14.  Provide information to accountants for annual audit.
  15.  Any other duties as reasonably required.
