- Raise multiple types of customer & intercompany invoices.
- Enter receipts, bank cheques, operate credit control.
- Daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
- Cash flow monitoring and forecasts.
- Check, code, obtain authorisation, enter & pay supplier invoices.
- Monthly Audits / Direct Debit submission.
- Reconcile company credit cards & mobile bill monthly.
- Check and pay staff expenses.
- VAT returns.
- Work with the external payroll provider to set up and process monthly porter payroll and overtime payments.
- Paper and digital filing.
- Calculate and enter prepayment and accrual journals monthly.
- Assist with monthly close and management reports.
- Provide information to accountants for annual audit.
- Any other duties as reasonably required.
