- Develop and implement a comprehensive people strategy using data-driven insights to ensure alignment with the company's mission, vision, and business objectives.
- Partner with the executive team to provide strategic input on organisational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
- Lead the HR team in delivering high-impact HR programs and services that support the company's growth and scalability.
- Support M&A activities by providing due diligence on people-related aspects, including talent assessment, cultural alignment, and organisational structure.
- Develop and execute integration plans to ensure smooth transitions and alignment of people strategies post-acquisition.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage change and communication during M&A processes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Oversee the recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across all levels of the organisation.
- Develop retention strategies to ensure high levels of employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Implement initiatives to enhance employer branding and position the company as an employer of choice.
- Create and implement comprehensive learning and development programs to support employee growth and career advancement.
- Develop and manage performance management systems and processes that drive high performance and accountability.
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback and professional development.
- Design and oversee competitive compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain talent.
- Conduct regular benchmarking and analysis to ensure compensation practices are equitable and aligned with industry standards.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Using data driven insights, lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement.
More about you:
- Proven experience in a senior HR leadership role (preferably in a SaaS or technology company) with the ability to influence at all levels and drive change in a scaling business
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and regulatory compliance in the UK.
- Proven experience with M&A activity and managing multiple stakeholders including investors
- Demonstrated success in developing and implementing people strategies that drive business results.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with executive leaders and investors
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform HR decisions and present at Board level
- Passion for fostering a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
