And it’s the kind of growth and investment that is exciting for everyone in our business.The Product Content Assistant will be responsible for the hands-on processing of product data and content for online publication alongside actioning commercial optimisation opportunities. These optimisation opportunities will be focused on SEO enhancements, actioning of updates from commercial testing to enhance on site product copy and imagery updates, working with reporting to devise the workload based on commercial orderingAbout you:Offshore Team ManagementTrains and briefs the offshore team, delegates tasks, ensures clear priorities, and drives process improvementsProduct OnboardingProcesses products within the onboarding lifecycle, ensuring timely and accurate entry of descriptions, images, and attribution in alignment with stock availability.Content OptimisationOwns product titles, descriptions, SEO banner copy, attribution, and imagery, implementing SEO best practices and supporting A/B tests.AI & AutomationAdopts and identifies ways to use AI and automation in daily workload, offshore team workload and uses AI to implement opportunities for efficiencies.CollaborationLiaises between departments, collaborates with Trade, PC Transformation Lead, POs, Studio, and Product Teams, and escalates complex issues to the Product Content Lead.About UsYou know Next, but did you know we’re a FTSE-100 retail company employing over 35,000 people across the UK and Ireland.
