Job Description: Process Automation & ServiceNow Advisory Principal / Senior Principal


About the Role: We are seeking ambitious and experienced consultants to join our new management consulting team, specializing in Process Automation and ServiceNow advisory. This unique opportunity allows you to build a global management consulting capability while collaborating with a world-class ServiceNow technology services platform renowned for its value delivery and client commitment. As a Principal/Senior Principal, you will support clients in optimizing and transforming critical business workflows to enhance experience, manage risk, and streamline operations.


Responsibilities:

Client Engagement and Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to establish our firm as a trusted advisor.
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored process automation solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
  • Develop strategic value assessments and lead ServiceNow implementations to achieve client business outcomes.

Project Management and Delivery:

  • Lead and manage transformation projects across various industries, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
  • Provide expert advice on optimizations across critical business functions and operating model enhancements.
  • Oversee project/program management, ensuring agile delivery and adherence to timelines and budgets.

Business Development:

  • Drive business development activities, including bid response and proposal development.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the growth of our consulting practice.

Industry Expertise and Thought Leadership:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to provide insightful advice and solutions.
  • Share industry knowledge and best practices with colleagues to enhance the team's overall capability.
  • Train and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and high performance.

Collaboration and Innovation:

  • Collaborate with ServiceNow and other partners to leverage innovation and differentiation for clients.
  • Promote entrepreneurial collaboration across Infosys businesses to meet client needs and drive business growth.


Requirements:

Experience:

  • 7 to 20 years of relevant experience in customer and ServiceNow advisory roles.
  • Proven track record in business development, bid response, and securing high-value projects.
  • Extensive experience in business analysis, scope definition, and operating model process design.
  • Strong background in use case development, experience design, and solution architecture.
  • Demonstrated success in project/program management and agile delivery.

Industry Expertise:

  • In-depth knowledge of one or more sectors, with a preference for Health and Life Sciences, Insurance, Banking, and Consumer Goods.

Skills:

  • Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and present complex ideas.
  • Proficiency in the official language(s) of the country (C2 level) and English (C2 level).
  • Willingness to travel for project-related activities.
