We are seeking a Press Brake Operator for our client in Redditch. This role focuses on operating press brake machinery to produce sheet metal components accurately and efficiently.No machine setting required,you will work with pre-set machines. Hours are: Monday to Friday 1pm-9pm or 2pm-10pm for the first 4 weeks of employment and will then change to day shift 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday. Contract: Temp to permYour duties are a Press Brake Operator will include:Operate press brake machines to bend and form sheet metal parts. Follow work instructions and ensure components meet quality standards. Handle materials safely and maintain a clean working area. Work collaboratively with the team to meet production targets.To be successful in the role of Press Brake Operator, you will need:Previous experience operating a press brake (no setting required). Ability to follow instructions and maintain attention to detail. Understanding of health and safety in a manufacturing environment.
