Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead initiatives aimed at generating and engaging with business partners, thereby driving new business for the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a strategic mindset, enabling them to think critically and execute plans effectively. A key aspect of this role is the ability to generate revenue swiftly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a proven track record in client acquisition and retention.
  • Report directly to the Business Development Manager, assisting in the pursuit of new clients.
  • Generate and follow up on leads, make calls to prospective clients, and build strong, long-term relationships.
  • Achieve rapid revenue growth through strategic business development efforts.
  • Identify partnership opportunities.
  • Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand.
  • Think critically when planning to ensure project success.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5-6 years of industry-related business development experience.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies.
  • Focused and goal-oriented.
