This office is actively seeking a skilled Property Co-ordinator with distinct expertise in lettings, specifically in handling inventories, end of tenancies, check-outs, deposit disputes, customer service, and dispute resolution. Along with offering a clear pathway for career advancement, the company promotes a supportive culture and values a team-oriented approach.
The ideal candidate should have experience in managing client and customer relations, possess thorough knowledge of compliance, and demonstrate a proven track record in handling reports, disputes, and enquiries. This role is designed for individuals with exceptional organisational and communication skills, coupled with a keen eye for detail. The position offers a hybrid working rota, with two days working from home. A minimum of two years’ experience is required, and qualifications such as ARLA would be advantageous.
- Location: Worthing
- Salary; £30,000 OTE
- 9am-6pm Mon - Thursday & early finish on Fridays.
- No weekends
- Industry experience is essential (12 months Minimum)
