We are seeking a dedicated Legal Secretary with a strong background in the Civil Litigation sector to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience as a legal secretary, demonstrating a track record of supporting legal professionals with efficiency and precision.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Provide comprehensive secretarial support to our legal team, including document preparation, filing, and correspondence management.
  • Manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and maintain an organised calendar for legal professionals.
  • Transcribe legal documents, dictations, and correspondence with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Assist with case preparation, including organising case files and managing deadlines.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with legal standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between the legal team, clients, and external parties.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years’ experience as a legal secretary, preferably within the Civil Litigation sector.
  • Proficient in legal terminology and an understanding of civil litigation processes.
  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and legal software.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
