Youll play a key role in the delivery of high-profile residential schemes for major developers nationwide.About UsEstablished architectural practice with a strong national presenceSpecialists in large-scale residential and mixed-use developmentsTrusted by leading developers to deliver efficient high-quality housingKnown for technical excellence reliability and a commitment to sustainable designExpanding to support continued growth and long-term client partnershipsThe RoleAs an Architectural Technician you will:Be involved in the technical delivery of residential masterplans and housing developments from planning through to constructionCollaborate with project architects consultants and developers to ensure cohesive project coordinationTranslate design concepts into accurate buildable technical documentationKey ResponsibilitiesProduce detailed technical and construction drawing packages using REVIT and AutoCADCoordinate with internal teams and external consultants across all design and construction stagesPrepare and submit planning and building regulation applicationsEnsure compliance with current UK Building Regulations technical standards and client specificationsLiaise with contractors clients and local authorities as neededSupport junior team members and contribute to a positive collaborative team cultureRequirementsProven experience working on UK residential projects ideally including developer-led housingStrong REVIT proficiency and experience working within BIM environmentsSolid understanding of UK Building Regulations NHBC standards and construction processesHigh level of technical detailing and drawing accuracyStrong communication skills and a proactive solution-focused approachMCIAT desired but not essentialRequired Experience:IC Key Skills 3ds Max,Construction Experience,SAP HANA,CAD,Sketchup,Drafting,Adobe Photoshop,Autocad,Knowledge Management,openSUSE,Revit,Sketch Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
