Cover Supervisor - Secondary and Middle Schools

Schools in Redditch, Studley and Bromsgrove require confident Cover Supervisors for flexible short term cover and long term positions.

We are the preferred education agency for schools in and around: Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove, Droitwich, Worcester, Evesham, Pershore, Hagley, Kidderminster, Bewdley, Stourport and Malvern.

The Role…no two days are ever the same
  1. Overseeing students in the completion of pre-set work in the absence of the subject teacher
  2. Ensuring students remain engaged, on task and manage behaviour in the classroom
  3. Building positive relationships with pupils across different year groups
  4. Assisting with other duties (registrations, break/ lunchtime duties)
Requirements:
  1. Desire to make a difference
  2. Enthusiastic, good sense of humour
  3. Excellent communication and time-management skills
  4. Adaptable, proactive, resilient, reliable
  5. Hold a UK degree or previous experience of working with young people (eg: mentor, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, TA, LSA etc)
  6. Possess a current enhanced DBS certificate (or be happy to apply for a new one - we can help with this)
  7. Can travel to Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove
