Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer

Geologist/Geotechnical Engineer | Maldon, Essex | Full Time | £30,000 to £32,000 depending on experience

Are you the right person for the job?

• It is expected that you would have a relevant degree and a minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant field and office experience
• A full clean driving license will be required and you are available to work away from home for short and long periods of time
• Full technical and health & safety training will be provided were necessary

What will your role look like?

• Site supervision of trial pits, cable percussive, rotary & window sampling drilling rigs (all in-house) logging of soils & rock samples to BS5930, together with factual reporting
• You will be responsible for short & long-term monitoring of slopes, gas and groundwater regimes on infrastructural projects, together with the database management
