Key Responsibilities: - Regular communication with customers using telephone, SMS, and email. - Uploading customer sales orders onto Sage200 - Direct interaction with the Production and Dispatch Manager through face-to-face and two-way radio communication. - Proficient use of the full Office365 Suite, Sage 200, and Exorna Manufacturing Software. - Responsible for updating dispatch schedules based on standard lead times, customer delivery requirements, and supplier lead times. Requirements: Proficiency in using Office 365 Suite. Excellent communication skills, capable of collaborating effectively with both the design and procurement teams.
