Microsoft 365 Administrator - SharePoint / PowerShell Leicester | Hybrid Up to £45,000 | Permanent The role We're working with a Leicester-based organisation looking for a Microsoft 365 Administrator to support and improve their collaboration and productivity platforms. The focus of the role is on maintaining a well-structured SharePoint environment, supporting users across the Microsoft 365 stack, and gradually introducing smarter automation using PowerShell to reduce manual administration. You'll work alongside infrastructure and service teams, taking responsibility for day-to-day administration while also contributing to service improvements and small enhancement projects. What you'll be doing Supporting and administering the Microsoft 365 environment, including email, collaboration and identity services Managing SharePoint sites, permissions and access models, ensuring they remain well governed and easy to use Working with stakeholders to improve how SharePoint is structured and adopted across the business Using PowerShell for routine administration tasks, reporting and light automation Supporting identity and access management within Microsoft 365 Acting as an escalation point for issues related to collaboration tools and access What we're looking for Experience working in a Microsoft 365 administration or support role Hands-on experience managing SharePoint Online Practical exposure to PowerShell in an operational or support environment Comfortable supporting users and services across Microsoft 365 Able to document changes and communicate clearly with non-technical colleagues Why apply Up to £45,000 salary Hybrid working in Leicester Ownership of SharePoint and collaboration platforms Opportunity to expand PowerShell automation over time Stable, technical role with room to grow Microsoft 365 Administrator - SharePoint / PowerShell Oscar Associates (UK) Limited is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.
