Architect / Technical Interior Designer

We are expanding our work within the high street and drive-thru coffee shop design sector.
As part of our team you will be primarily working on taking drawing packages from design intent to construction fit-out drawings, ensuring their compliance with building regulations, coordinating with other consultants, as well as dealing with all the other tasks to get the shops ready for build including planning permissions and principal designer roles. You will be dealing directly with clients, councils, and various other regulatory bodies. We are a small growing team with the quantity and quality of our projects defying our size, so multitasking skills are an essential must as we are looking for someone who can cope with managing and working on multiple different projects simultaneously.
- You must have experience of fit-out work for commercial projects such as cafes, retail stores or offices.
- Experience of designing multiple units and/or franchised brands beneficial.
- Knowledge of producing fit-out drawings, including such items as FF&E, reflected ceiling plans, sections, 3d visualisations etc.
- ArchiCad or Vectorworks experience is beneficial but not essential.
- You must have good spoken and written English with good communication and collaborative skills.
- You must be living in the UK with relevant work experience and be able to work from our office full time.
We also deal with residential works in our office, so any experience in house or flat designs is favourable, but not an essential requirement of the job.

Salary: £32,000 per year -dependent on experience
