Key Responsibilities

AOG/CLS Responsibilities:

  • Handle urgent and highpressure shipments with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and implement solutions for service disruptions keeping customers informed and offering alternative options.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with service providers including airlines and trucking companies.
  • Evaluate vendors at defined intervals identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies operational process standards (OPS) and external regulations.
  • Continuously assess department process flow to identify areas for improved efficiency.

Air Export Responsibilities:

  • Receive prepare and route shipments in compliance with customer requirements
  • Manage freight receipt and processing to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution.
  • Monitor shipments throughout transit to ensure ontime delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Willingness to learn and develop expertise in:
  •    Road Freight
  •    Imports

Product Agent JobSpecific Performance Expectations

  • Timely and Accurate Shipment Processing:Ensures smooth and timely freight process flow according to Expeditors operational procedures. Follows customers standard operating procedures and proactively notifies customers of any issues. Consistently meets KPI standards as per companys procedures.
  • Timely and Accurate Data Entry: Ensures accurate and timely data entry into our operational systems according to Expeditors operational procedures and customer requirements. Monitors exception reports for quick data integrity resolution.
  • Timely and Accurate Billing and Accounting:Invoices customers the expected charges timely and accurately and according to Expeditors and customer requirements. Properly provisions service provider charges to avoid reserves. Follows proper credit approval processes in order to minimize risk and protect the company.

Qualifications :

  • Experience in the handling of AOG CLS or Air Export movements
  • Good market and product knowledge.
  • Strong problemsolving and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a highpressure environment with tight deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of compliance regulations and industry standards.
  • Effective interpersonal skills including proven abilities to listen comprehend effectively communicate clearly and concisely to obtain positive results.
  • Good computer skills (e.g. MS Excel MS Word)
