About the Role We're looking for enthusiastic support workers to provide one-to-one care for a wonderful man in his late 50s. He's navigating life with resilience, humour, and creativity after a brain injury, and needs friendly, dedicated people to help him live life to the fullest both at home (our client lives in Lanner) and out in the community. Meet the Client This vibrant gentleman is:A lover of good food and better cake he enjoys cooking and baking in his cosy kitchen. A proud dog dad his adorable rescue pup is always by his side. A music fan think 60s rock to 80s synth pop. A creative spirit his artwork proudly decorates his home. A film buff from nature documentaries to action-packed thrillers. He's looking for people who bringlaughter, compassion, and patiencenot just support. If you enjoy good conversation, silly moments, and the occasional singalong, you'll fit right inWhat You'll Be DoingAssisting with personal care, medication, and daily routines Supporting safe moving and handling Encouraging independence and community engagement Experience with acquired brain injury is a bonus but not essential.What matters most is your personality, compassion, and reliability. Full training and shadow shifts provided.
