As a Registered General Nurse (RGN), you will:
- Make critical clinical decisions.
- Assess and develop person-centred care plans.
- Administer medication and manage medical conditions.
- Provide nursing care including dressings.
- Work weekends on a rota basis.
- Support and mentor other team members.
- Ensure a safe environment for all.
The Registered General Nurse (RGN) role comes with an attractive package:
