Whether you're an experienced practitioner or an ECT, we'd love to hear from you We are working with a oustanding and high-achieving primary school in Barnet that is seeking to appoint an EYFS Teacher from January 2026 on a part time basis - 4 days per week. Responsibilities of this EYFS Teacher role: Stay up to date with educational research and policies through training, workshops, and reading, while actively implementing all school and local authority initiatives. Promote a positive school culture by modelling excellent teaching practice, motivating staff, and representing the school in meetings with governors and external networks. Plan and deliver a high-quality, inclusive curriculum that challenges all pupils and supports progress in core and non-core subjects. Monitor pupil progress closely, using data to identify and implement effective interventions that close learning gaps and raise achievement. Collaborate regularly with colleagues and parents to support individual learning needs and communicate curriculum developments.
