We are currently partnering with a Housing Association based in Lancashire, who are recruiting for an Income and Invoicing Officer to join the team on a three-month contract.


This is a full-time position offering hybrid working and with an hourly rate of £14.86 PAYE or £17.00 UMB.


This role is due to start immediately, and the successful candidate will ideally have experience within the charity / non-for-profit sector.


Duties will include (but are not limited to):

  • Preparing, producing and raising invoices
  • Chasing and collecting debt for all sundry debts
  • Ensuring the credit control process is in place in accordance with Group policy
  • Liaising with various service area to resolve invoicing issues
  • Setting up direct debit payments and monitoring accounts
  • Ensuring refunds are raised in a timely manner where appropriate


Experience required:

  • Processing and raising invoices
  • Experience with credit control and collecting debt
