About Our Client:
Our client s care home in StokeonTrent offers a serene environment surrounded by natural beauty with accessible outdoor gardens. The home provides a full spectrum of care services including residential nursing residential dementia and nursing dementia care along with respite placements. The team is led by an experienced Home Manager and Deputy Manager ensuring a warm and supportive atmosphere for both staff and residents.

Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse (Days) you will play a key role in providing highquality care to residents. Your responsibilities include:

  • Assessing and planning personalized care for residents.
  • Administering medications and closely monitoring health conditions.
  • Supporting residents with daily living activities.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans.
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with care standards.


Requirements

What We re Looking For:

  • Qualified Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with a valid NMC Pin.
  • A compassionate and patientcentered approach to nursing care.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Dedication to maintaining high standards of care.
