Social Housing is an in increasingly scarce resource, much needed but only a small percentage of the population are lucky enough to be able to access it.Squared sees its tenants and residents asindividualswhohavechoices,althoughatthetimetheycometoustheymaynotbeaware of that.Thats why we call them customers.We promote a coaching culture, empowering individuals to make choices about their lives on their journey to improve their day to day and future lives.
