Join us a Electrical Engineer Contract/Staff PositionYour Future Team:The Electrical Engineer will be working as part of a multi-disciplinary engineering team within the Approving Authority the primary purpose of the role is to directly support current operations and future programmes. Supporting nuclear facilities & the delivery of services across both Client Sites near Helensburgh.Your Missions Manage Infrastructure Design Substantiation documents. Handle design changes/concessions. Present Design substantiations to safety committees. Develop EIMT Schedule procedures and results. Produce Periodic Review of Safety reports. Advise internal and external stakeholders. Conduct Independent Technical Review. Apply engineering knowledge to nuclear/high-risk environments. Justify civil/structural design modifications. Review reports and safety submissions. Join us and help shape the future  Qualifications : Experience in the design assessment of electrical installations in a HV or LV environment Theoretical and practical skills across concept detailed design and construction stages for electrical engineering projects. Experience in assessing electrical plant and equipment for hazards.  Authoring technical justifications for electrical design modifications in high hazard industries. Experience in multi-discipline projects providing electrical engineering input. Experienced in regulated environments. Familiarity with safety case development techniques like HAZID/HAZOP studies. Worked in the UK nuclear industry (energy or defense) especially in safety-related structures systems and components.Additional Information : Hybrid role with visits to client site near Helensburgh. Security Clearance: SC UK National. BEng in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
