We’re seeking a Pre-Construction Manager with an Electrical bias to play a pivotal role in shaping and securing high-quality, technically challenging projects valued between £500k and £5m. Working across a diverse client base, you’ll help develop robust pre-construction strategies and ensure successful project set-up from the outset. The Role As part of an experienced national delivery team, you’ll be responsible for leading the pre-construction phase of MEP and turnkey projects from tender through to contract award. You’ll work closely with internal design, estimating, and delivery teams to ensure bids are technically sound, commercially viable, and aligned with client expectations. Key responsibilities include: * Leading the pre-construction process on MEP and full turnkey projects. * Reviewing electrical and MEP design solutions, identifying value engineering opportunities. * Managing bid programmes, tender returns, and technical submissions. * Collaborating with estimating, design, and pr...
