You’ll oversee mission-critical platforms such as CRM (Salesforce, Hubspot), ERP/Finance, ITSM, HRIS, and Billing systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and aligned with the business strategy.Key aspects of the role:Shape and execute the enterprise systems strategy to support business growth and digital transformationOversee system architecture, integration, and optimization of CRM, ERP, ITSM, HRIS, and billing platformsLead system transformation projects, including automation, upgrades, and cloud migrationsBuild, mentor, and inspire a team of system administrators, engineers, and developersCollaborate with senior stakeholders to align systems strategy with business objectives and deliver operational excellenceYour ExperienceWe are seeking a proven business systems leader / Architect with the vision, technical expertise, and leadership skills to drive transformation at scale.
