National Sales and Market Access Manager – Pharmaceuticals

Role –
The National Sales and Market Access Manager will manage a team of 6 Key Account Manager who sell a range of branded generic respiratory pharmaceuticals into the ICB space with a view to securing formulary and driving drug switch programmes. Working closely with various decision makers – from Medicine Management professionals, PCNs, clinical specialists through procurement and any identifiable stakeholder the appointed person will support the Key Account Manager’s in leveraging sales into the acute and PCT environment. The role demands an experienced National Sales and Market Access Manager with the ability to influence change and deliver outcomes with the sales team– an appreciation of Market Access strategies is key.

Applicant Profile –
•A proven National Sales Manager within the Branded Generics space.
•A Commercial Driver
•Strategic thinker who can plan and forecast according to stock availability
•Understands the Importance of Sales Force Effectiveness
•Demonstrable experience influencing ICBs and driving script switch programmes within all healthcare setting (Acute and PCT)
•Proven track record of sales / achievement.
•Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to drive change.
•The ability to work autonomously and represent our client in a professional manner.
Ideally, they will also have
•Respiratory experience.
