We are seeking a skilled Sales Executive / Key Account Manager to drive business development and manage key accounts. If you have a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the maritime industry, we invite you to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the maritime industry to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
  • Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals to showcase our maritime solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
  • Conduct detailed evaluations of client operations, identifying unique challenges and opportunities.
  • Address client inquiries, concerns, and escalations to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling related to maritime-specific services.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of our company's products and services.
  • Provide expert advice on maritime insurance to help clients navigate their options.
  • Work with internal teams, including product development, marketing, and customer support, to meet client needs.
  • Ensure seamless delivery of products and services through coordinated efforts with technical teams.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
  • Provide insights on market trends, client feedback, and the competitive landscape.


Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Shipping, Maritime, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in account management, preferably within the maritime industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of maritime sector products, services, and solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in the marine insurance sector is a significant advantage.
