This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and a background in Brickwork/Cladding.Duties:- Meet with potential clients to understand project requirements and manage their expectations effectively.- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors once projects are initiated.- Supervise projects throughout the entire lifecycle, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints and meeting quality standards.- Manage all aspects of Health & Safety protocols, including preparing site files, Risk Assessments, Method Statements, and Construction Phase Plans.- Develop and oversee project schedules to ensure efficient progress.- Coordinate labor, materials, and equipment requirements for each project by managing both in-house staff and subcontractors.- Collaborate with Quantity Surveyors to track onsite changes and variations.- Procure materials and equipment promptly to support project timelines.- Attend project meetings as the company's representative.Requirements:- Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.- Full UK Driving License is required.- Previous experience in managing projects related to Brickwork/Stonework- Health and Safety qualifications such as IOSH, NEBOSH, or SMSTS are advantageous.- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to meeting client expectations.- CSCS card is preferred.Join our team as a Works Manager and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills and expertise will contribute to the successful completion of diverse projects
