Your new companyA leading facilities management company specialising in commercial maintenance, with an established client base across the North West. This position is based on a static in Liverpool city centre looking after world class facility.Your new roleYou will be joining an established Facilities Management provider, with a strong maintenance department leading constant improvement and providing first class delivery.You will work on Mon-Fri 9-5 as a standard shift pattern with lots of opportunity for overtime available.Duties:- PPM visits and reactive repairs of plant rooms, air units, cold water boosters, pumps- Performing electrical reactive/PPM calls- Plant room checks- Manage CAFM system- HVAC maintenance- Management of sub contractorsWhat you'll need to succeed- Experience in Facilities Management sector- Knowledge of SFG20- 18th edition- 2391 inspection and testing- JIG goldWhat you'll get in return£38k salary (negotiable)Opportunity for over timeWorkplace pensionCompany parking spaceWhat you need to do nowIf you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.If this job isn't quite right for you but you are looking for a new position, please contact us for a confidential discussion on your career.
