About the roleThe Working Instruction Writer is responsible for developing clear and comprehensive Working Instructions intended for end users. This role involves creating step-by-step guidance that enables users to understand and execute procedures accurately Job DetailsLocation: Luton – Remote - ad hoc site attendance if required by HMDuration: 6 months + possible extensionRoles and Responsibilities:Develop Step-by-Step Instructions: Create clear, detailed working instructions using SAP Enable Now that guide end users through tasks and processes in a logical sequence, ensuring ease of understanding and accuracyEngage with Subject Matter Experts: Collaborate with process owners and technical specialists to gather the necessary information and validate content, ensuring instructions reflect current practices and standards.Review and Revise Documentation: Regularly update and improve working instructions based on feedback, process changes, or lessons learned, maintaining the relevance and accuracy of each document.Ensure Regulatory and Quality Compliance: Align documentation with internal policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements, supporting audit readiness and operational integrity.Other stuff we’re potentially looking for: Experience in large scale S4 Hana implementationsPharma experienceSAP Enable Now KnowledgePrevious experience in working instructions writingFinance (Planning and budgeting, O2DC, PM&M) or Operations (Manufacturing and Warehouse, Supply Chain, Quality)S/4HANA KnowledgeAbility to understand/work with various online IT systems / applications including Microsoft Office suiteStrictly follow a template to allow development of content to be produced in a consistent and uniformed manner.Ability / experience to follow a project plan and be able to adhere to tight deadlinesNext StepsOnce you’ve applied, one of our friendly recruitment consultants will give you a call and talk you through the screening process.If your application is successful, you’ll be involved in a live virtual interview with one of our client’s hiring managers to get to know you better.We look forward to speaking to you
